Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy is dedicated to delighting you with your jewellery purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our Return and Exchange Policy.

You can return items up to 30 days from the purchase date, you can choose you want a refund or store credits. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds and Store Credit Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow up to 3 days from receiving our refund notification email for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.  Paypal refunds are instant.

Please note that Bella Precious does not cover postage costs associated with returning items.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Store Credit
Once we received your returned goods we will processed your Store Credit you will receive a notification email. Store Credits have no expiry date.

Items For Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 40 Temple Street, Coorparoo, Queensland AU 4151.

Once your return has been received we will process exchange other items for you. Provided we have the item available we will send it back out to you by return standard post and the shipping is on us.  If we do not have the item available we will issue a refund and notify you via email.

Often parcels get lost if they are marked 'return to sender'.  We do not take responsibility for refunds if parcels are lost in this way.  We suggest you get a tracking number from Australia Post for your return.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Liquid error (layout/theme line 101): Could not find asset snippets/booster-message.liquid
